What are the shipping charges & time?
We currently offer Standard Shipping charges Rs. 250/- . On advance payment shipping is free. Local deliveries (Lahore) will take 2-3 business days. Nationwide deliveries may take 4-6 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged items.Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us on WhatsApp or info@mistergummies.pk before returning. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund. Share clear pictures immediately via WhatsApp or email.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours. Once dispatched, cancellation or changes are not possible.
