Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any products purchased from mistergummies.pk.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your product, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
The bottle seal must be completely intact and unopened.
The bottle and packaging must not be damaged in any way.
The product must be in its original condition.
Exchange Options
1. Exchange at Our Physical Outlet (Free)
You can exchange your product by visiting our store:
Mister Gummies
Packages Mall, 1st Floor, Lahore
2. Exchange via Courier
If you are unable to visit our outlet, you can exchange your product through a courier service. Courier/delivery charges for both sending and returning the product will be the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos of the product and packaging via WhatsApp 0339-8889896 or email at info@mistergummies.pk
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost if the issue is found to be on our side.
Order Cancellation & Changes
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- If you wish to modify your order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, no changes or additions can be made, and a new order
- will be required for additional items.
